(The Background of the card, not the background of the picture) It's like if it's a Water pokémon THAT ENTIRE part of the card will be Blue or if it's a Fire pokémon THAT ENTIRE part of the card will be Red. Well, the PURPLE BACKGROUND of Mew is SHINY and I guess that means it's "holo."(Purple because it's a Psychic) The picture where Mew is (where ALL pictures of pokémon are placed) is NOT holo. As I said before, it's the same size as REAL Japanese cards. You can even check the price guide at the Pojo and see that Mew is listed in the S.I. price guide thingy.
