It has been distributed as a promo in Japan and mis-collated
in Jungle boosters here. In over 100 packs of 1st ed. Jungle, I
have received none. However, it MUST be released en-masse
eventually... perhaps as part of an official strategy guide
that Wizards keeps talking about writing...
