An exact replica of the Base Set Blastoise, this one comes from the Japanese instructional video.  It comes with 2 decks:  a "Squirtle" and a "Bulbasaur" deck.  This is the "Squirtle" Blastoise.  It and Venusaur are the 2 holos from the Video.

 

The video can usually be obtained for around $50, so use that as a guide for it's value.
