Typically, ALL Pokemon Powers work from the Bench. There are a few instances where they do NOT work from the bench (like Ditto's Transform) but they will specifically state this on the card. There are a few instances where they do NOT work unless the Pokemon is benched (like Dodrio's Retreat Aid), but they will specifically state this on the card. Hope this helps, Brian Brokaw
