Hmmmm. Well, Conversion 1 changes the defending Pokemon's Weakness. This "effect" remains, even if Porygon is K-O'd (or benched, etc.) This "effect" resides solely with the Defender. Both Conversion 1 and 2 are attacks, so they are not exactly like a Pokemon Power in this respect. If you use them, you are "attacking". (and so only get to do one per turn, and Porygon is not able to retreat immediately afterward.) hope this helps, Brian Brokaw
