hi there,i was just wondering that if you use promo mewtwo's energy
absorpsion can you put the energies in your hand or do you just put it on
mewtwo?

Energy Absorption will allow you to take any 2 energy cards from your discard pile and put them directly onto the Mewtwo that used Energy Absorption.  Nothing else.
