Mary is a decent card... sort of an improved Bill... depending on the situation. Perhaps this is a good card... but is it really going to make the cut when we have Professor Oak, Computer Search, Erika, Professor Elm, Secret Mission, Sabrina's Gaze, and Misty's Wrath? I think it's second rate compared to most of those.

In Standard, the card has very little use. If you haven't played Bill since Challenge, you really don't need to play this card. It isn't the greatest. I give it a 2/5.

In Modified, it's slightly better but still a weak card. Mainly only used as a tech, I'll give it a 2.5/5

In Draft, this guy is good, mainly because any drawing is good. I'll give it a 3/5.

Mary had a little draw-- Never mind.

Mary is actually pretty good. The "downside" is actually quite helpful, in Standard. Draw 2, then shuffle 2 needed cards back in before you Oak. Not quite as useful in general as Bill, but it can be a life saver. 3.25/5 in standard.

In Modified, it's not quite as useful, because Wrath discards from your deck, and Elm shuffles it back it. But there's not much other good card drawing, so that pretty much makes up for it. I give it a 2.75/5 in standard.
