Surprise Time Machine!

Modified 3/5 - This card, again works in specific decks. Marowak and Dark Marowak is a great example. I leave the other possibilities to the rest of you.

Limited 2/5 - Limited usefulness for drafting Dark Tyranitars. Otherwise, you shouldn't be using this card.

Surprise! Time Machine

Team Rocket’s Surprise Time Machine. This card is cool because I don’t remember a time when you could de-evolve a Pokemon then evolve it again on the same turn. This card is handy when you are running an ex and non-ex counterpart. Just for example, if your Kingdra-ex is facing off against a Wobuffett with Safeguard then you can Time Machine for a regular Kingdra and attack the Wobbs.

Of course do not de-evovle when the next stage would be knocked out because of damage counters!!

Unlimited: 2/5 – I don’t see much use of this card here. I’m sure that there are some that players will come up with. There is always the reason to de-evovle your Pokemon-ex so that it can attack a Pokemon with Safeguard.

Modified: 3/5 – Again here this card is situational. Say you are playing a Sceptile deck and you need the EX-version then just Time Machine for it.

Limited: 1/5 – Little chance of getting this off in draft. You might want to use it as a way to get rid of status effects though.
