Pojo's Pokemon Card of the Day

Cubone - Team Magma & Aqua

Date Reviewed: 5.25.04

Ratings & Reviews below

Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale
1 being the worst.  3 ... average.
5 is the highest rating.

Ausen  Cubone:

There is one reason to play this. If you're playing a speedy haymaker type deck and your opponent drops only Dunsparce and DOESNT get any pokemon. Attack, Strength Charm and a FLIP?

Unlimited 1/5
Modified 1.1/5
Limited 1.1/5

This is crap

Hedge
Cubone

I selected this card for a reason, and that is because over the ages cubone has been left out there to starve, but now with e popularity of Dunsparce, I think we might otta just give this little guy a chance. Imagine this:

Turn on: Your active; Cubone

Opponent’s Active; Dunsparce (and no bench to make it even better)

You go first, attach fighting, attach strength charm, flip heads and “WHOOPS!”

GG ;/

Boy, if my 13-year-old and RAPIDLY declining memory serves me correctly, this situation reminds me rather too keenly of a card called Tyrogue……. o_O

Good Luck chewing on that ;)
