Energy Charge - ex Deoxys

Limited: 1

Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale.

Johnny Blaze
Energy Charge

Not much too say about this card pretty much straightforward –tails is fails and if on heads you get to shuffle back up to 2 energies (yes even special energies) back into your deck from your discard pile.

Unlimited: 1.5/5 – There are definitely better cards to use to recycle basic energies but there are less options that can get you those special Metal or Dark or other Special energies back into your deck from the discard. With all tail-fails cards I try to stay away from unless it is game breaking like say Focus Band is.

Modified: 2/5 – I’ve seen a lot of players that play Metal decks play this card to get those special energies back but if you are playing Metagross you can just use the Super-Connectivity Metagross to get back Metal energies from your discard.

Limited: 1/5 – Getting energies from your discard back to your deck is a very low priority in draft especially when there are only 4 prizes to play for.
