Pojo's Pokemon Card of the Day

Jermy101 2005 World Champion	Shiftry Shiftry has an interesting power. It's like a Mr. Briney but you can also use it on EXes. The attack is pretty good too, usually doing at least 70 damage for DCC. Unlimited - It'll get ERed to death and there's nothing really worth using the power on. 1/5 Modified - Could work with some Pokemon that has like a power that works when placed from the hand, Jolteon ex for example. But it is a stage 2, and its attacks aren't great. 2/5 Limited - Good power. When one of your evos is almost dead you can pick it up and deny your opponent a prize. CC for 30 is pretty decent. 3/5
William Hung	Reviews are ratings are for Modified only. Shiftry: 3/5 I think this can work with Milotic, but I just don't think it's the best thing out there. I mean Shiftry + Protective Orb isn't as good as Nidoqueen + Energy Root right now - Nidoqueen's Weakness to Grass isn't too significant at this time, and can take advantage of 30 extra HP! In addition, Nidoqueen's Toxic is a great attack. All in all, Shiftry is a good card, but not a great card.
Raichu88	Shiftry Looks like a three dressed as Santa Clauss :-P. Unlimited: Why use it here it power can be done better with scoop up. And the second attack isn’t to great, cause in this format there aren’t much stage 2 Pokemon. Rating : 1/5 Modified: Well here I it could be good according to my spoiler : x. Because the spoiler said Return any Pokemon card on your side of the field back to your hand. Now notice that the card text says excluding Shiftry. If that line wasn’t on the card you could made a sick combo with it namely Draggtrode and Shiftry. Now the combo works like this (for those that don’t know wat it does) get energy out with Electrode and switch to Shiftry with Draggy drop a new Shiftry to scoop the damaged one. Not sure if it’s consistent though but still I thougt it was a nice idea. But now that it’s limited in it’s use I know there is something useable about this card. I thought maybe with HL Milotic but I will let you all know. Rating : 3/5 Limited: Power is nice, HP to and Nice attack so Yeah. Rating : 2/5
