Gust of Wind With Murkrow from neo genesis you can trap one of their support pokemon they do not have the energy to attack with or cannot do damage while you damage their bench. Sniping a basic before it has chance to evolve is also an awesome strategy but with rare candy around this is far less of a threat. A nice card nonetheless as it prevents them letting damaged pokemon free by retreating. 4/5
