Modified Rating 3/5:If you put Altaria in a deck with Houndoom UF and Vaporeon EX you will be able to keep Drake's Stadium in play and constantly be able to bring them down to 4 cards and immediatly take one of them with Surprise! Limited Rating 4/5:Altaria being a stage 1 and has the ability to take a single card from your opponents hand makes him a great draft card!
