Dialga LV.X

Modified - If you only had to flip 1 coin for Time Skip it would be much better. But only a 1/4 chance of being successful? If you really wanted to build a deck with Dialga X, you could try a poison deck with multiple Weezings. That way it's not the end of the world if Time Skip ends your turn, your opponent will still be taking poison damage, and if Time Skip DOES work, you can time it right so the Defending Pokemon dies of Poison at the end of his or her turn so you get a free hit at the Pokemon that takes its place. Metal Flash is horribly expensive. Magmortar eats Dialga for breakfast. 1/5

Limited - Hard to get him out in this format. Combo that with the bad power and attack and it's unusable. Use it for trade bait. 1/5

Name: Dialga Lv. X
Set: Great Encounters
Rarity: Ultra Rare Holo

Analysis: Well, another day, another intriguing Lv. X with a terrible weakness... Let's face it, Time Skip is a great Power. If Dialga is not ready to attack yet, Time Skip is not a bad alternative. Even if you do have the chance, I would take my turn up until I would attack and gamble for Time Skip. It's risky but not impossible to overcome a roll of two heads. Oh and I just realized that Dialga does not need to be active, so you can put into any deck. Metal Flash does heavy damage but is costly and can only be used every other turn. Terrible, terrible weakness...

Modified: Does not need to be active to use its Power. I would never use it for its attacks. I would say maybe use this in a slow deck or a hand control deck. (4/5)

Limited: Again, you would be lucky to get both Dialga and the Lv. X, but use them if you get them. (3/5)

I’ll take almost useless cards for $300 please. Dialga Lv.X just isn’t worth it at all. 110 HP on a basic Lv.X is good, and most likely the only decent thing on this card (No wait, I was wrong, psychic resistance is good too!) Time skip is way to risky and flippy, 25% of the time it ends your turn, 25% of the time it ends your opponents turn, and 50% of the time it does nothing. If only there was a way to almost guarantee that you got heads… Fire weakness is bad, but x2 fire weakness is even worse.

Pros –
Good HP
Skip your opponents turn!
Double headed coins =D

Cons –
X2 Fire weakness
The attack isn’t worth it
50% chance the power does nothing
25% chance it ends your turn!

Modified – Only place I could see this working is in some Wailord or stall deck. 3.5/5 only for the nice effect of ending your opponents turn.

Limited – Take it! It’s a Lv.X! 5/5 for rarity

Hmmm… A poison deck I saw the other day may be able to use this guy…
