Strategy: Hi Pokèmon Lady, This deck is called Basic Wave!! The goal of this deck is to start off with good basic Pokèmon like Magmar and Hitmonchan. Then, build up Wigglytuff and start doing the wave. Also, if you want to know, Pokèmon Center is for a late game move is I can't get any energy and need time to stall as with Gambler for the same reason.

The only problem that I have with your trainers are those singles of Gambler and Pokèmon Center, but since you explained why you have those singles in there, I'll leave them be for now. 

Honestly, DJD, I don't know what to tell you. Have you played this deck? Does it have any problems that you know of? Without actually building it and playing it myself, I don't know what to tell you how to make the deck better. Structurally, your deck is sound...
