Strategy
Destroy hand on turn one, and attack with Sneasel. You can't do this with Kangaskhans in your way. You don't even have anything to get it out active if you need to be fast. Let's turn this into a super-low energy insane trapper.. a deck that has a huge advantage when going first, and should be able to win 90% of it's games when going first. Just watch for Cleffa.

Pokémon
Make it all free retreaters so you don't need to waste room on Switch. Drop all the Kangaskhans. Add 3 Cleffa to counter a first turn Lass against you. Add a Mankey to watch their top card after destroying their hand. (Yes, this works quite well actually.) If you see an Oak, Sneak or Trap their hand to shuffle their deck, and if they have no hand, try to win that turn (if possible) or drop a Chaos, which we'll be adding, below. Add a Team Rocket's Meowth, because with PlusPowers (which you'll be maxing out on) it can get a first turn win with the Darkness by needing only 2/7 flips to be heads. Now I know you'd think it's better for when they have more Pokémon, and it is, but it will win games first turn as long as you're not terribly unlucky. Go for it. It's the only Pokémon with a retreat in your deck.

Trainers
Go crazy. Add a 4th trap. Add two Imposter Oak's Revenge to get large hands down to 4, so you can Sneak and Trap to 0. Add a couple Chaos Gym so them topdecking an Oak might not save them, or play it when you have a big enough advanatge to win without trainers. Your own EcoGym can take out Chaos if you need to use trainers on your last turn for a win. Max out on PlusPowers, too, so you can get fast knockouts, and make knockouts with Sneasel even easier. Drop the Gust. Add 2 Energy Charge to get Darkness back, or at least try.

Energy
Play 6 energy! I know it sounds ridiculous, but if they have no hand, and you have so much drawing, why do you need more than that? 4 Darkness, 2 Full Heal.

This is a very, very weird deck, but don't underestimate it's power. It is almost unstoppable if it goes first (stupid Cleffa!), and even when going 2nd stands a chance against a full bench. Your strategy.. against one Pokémon use Meowth, Darkness and PlusPowers for a first turn win. Against more than one you'll need to destroy the hand using RSA and Trap, and get a Darkness on Sneasel. Fury Swipes. On turn two get Beat Up going, and get a KO every turn by filling your bench, and playing PlusPowers to be safe. Use Mankey to watch what they draw. If you see something good, Trap or Sneak them to make them shuffle, and if they have no hand, you'll normally need to play Chaos or prepare for it.
