Haha, well, Happy Birthday, whoever you are, here's a present for ya..  it's time for you to learn the basics of Pokémon. First of all, never play double evolution, single is the most that works, ever, I guarantee you.

For Pokémon, I see you're playing Electabuzz and Clefairy.. well, let's make the deck focus on them.   Drop the chinchous and the water Pokémon.  Chinchou is weak and water decks only succeed in mono color.  If you want to get your evolution out fast, play a few of the basic and the evolution.  Play either 3/3, 4/3, or 4/4, other lines are hard to work with.

For Clefable, let's try 3 Neo Clefairy, and 3 Clefable.  Make the Neo Buzz a base Buzz, it's simply, just better.. for another good lightning Pokémon, Rocket's Zapdos! Add 3, if you can get them.

Remember that 3-4 Cleffa in every deck is always a good thing, and to add some in here would be a good idea.  3 will work.  If you can get 2 Scythers, get them, they're good and strong, they can take a hit and then run.  And last but not least, I'd say one Gligar.. a lot of things have weakness to fighting.

As for trainers, I would suggest only keeping your Gold Berry, 2 Energy Removals, Super Energy Removal, the Oak, and the 2 Gust.

Add 3 Lass to slow your opponent down.  After a Lass, Eeeeeeek with Cleffa is a great way for you to gain a fast advanatge ov your opponent.  Add 3 Oaks so you can have a fast deck that can compete with tournament level decks, as well as 4 Computer Search to get Clefable out and to give you the ability to Oak.

Clefable is a one energy attacker, so it's great with SER. Add 2 more, and another normal ER, it will be an ER focused deck.  A couple Item Finders should work nice, as well as another Gold Berry, Nightly Garbage Run to get your energy/clefwhatever back.  2 Switch should be in there since Fable, Buzz and Zapdos have a 2 retreat cost.

The default gym you should play to take out Chaos Gym, which can be annoying should be Narrow Gym.  It can limit Wiggly and Sneasels power, too.

As for energy, you don't need much, I would suggest 3 Recycle for the SER combo, and for Clefable's attack, 9 lightning for Buzz/Zapdos and 2 double colorless for Scyther/Gligar... and just incase, 1 Full Heal Energy.

Clefable'n
18 Pokémon
3x Cleffa
3x Clefairy (neo)
3x Clefable
3x Rocket's Zapdos
2x Electabuzz (base)
2x Scyther
1x Elekid
1x Gligar
27 Trainers
4x Computer Search
3x Professor Oak
3x Lass
3x Energy Removal
3x Super Energy Removal
2x Item Finder
2x Gust of Wind
2x Gold Berry
2x Narrow Gym
2x Switch
1x Nightly Garbage Run
15 Energy
9x Lightning Energy
3x Recycle Energy
2x Double Colorless Energy
1x Full Heal Energy

Happy Birthday!  I know these are a lot of cards to get, but start trading, I promise you you will stomp your friends with this deck!
