I was wondering if you would help me make this a deck a little better.  At my tournaments everyone plays Rocket's Zapdos, Dark Vileplume, Slowking and Sneasel!

Clefable is my anti-Zapdos, and good against Sneasel, but I still lose to Dark Vileplume and Slowking.

Pokémon
We're really going to change your deck, like you said I could. =/
I am probably against double evolution in standard format more than anyone else, and I do believe that there isn't a single good double evolution deck.

Except for one.  Muk/Clefable. And there are reasons it works, it only works well in the environments dominated by Zapdos, Slowking, and Dark Vileplume.  The reason it can beat all of those decks is because of this:

Most Zapdos decks, reguardless if you're playing useless Muks, really, really lose power when you're taking down Zapdos' one by one for a single colorless energy.

A Slowking deck with a useless Slowking is hard to work with too.  They have to Gust and KO your Muk, which is difficult if you are constantly removing their Sneasel (most likely), since they can't stop the SER/ERs.

Dark Vileplume stands the least chance.  It's like playing a Prop15 VS Standard, the standard deck will just tear it apart.

So, we're going to drop Zapdos, the Electabuzz.. and make your new Pokémon line look like this:
4x Cleffa (double evolution.. you need it)
3x Clefairy (neo.. I'm presuming they were neo)
3x Clefable
3x Grimer (fossil)
2x Muk
3x Sneasel
2x Scyther

That's 20 Pokémon.

Trainers
Your trainers are really screwed up. First of all, Cleffa is your repetitive Elm, so drop Elm.  Drop 2 Gusts and all the Perfumes- those aren't worth it. Drop the Scoop Ups, too, you don't need those with evolution and free retreaters.  Now, with our 12 open slots...

Add another Oak.

Add 3 normal ERs, so you can remove energy as much as possible.

Add 2 Gold Berries, just a nice card..

And 2 Item Finders, not the usual 3, since Muk took up some space.

I suggest a default gym, just like Dark Fable, try the Rocket's Minefield gym.  Maybe there are better choices, but this is fun. =/  Ya gotta get rid of Sprout somehow.

Add a Chaos Gym, it's nice to drop when you got Fables VS Sneasel/Zapdos..

And... the 4 Lass!! Play this first turn, Eeeeeeek then if possible. Lass wins games.

Energy
We got room left for:
4 Darkness, 4 Rainbow, 3 Recycle, and 2 Double Colorless..  very low energy, but it works.
