Strategy

Looks like a Wiggly deck, but a very different one. Wiggly and Chaos aren't always great since Wiggly needs a lot of trainers, especially PlusPower.

Pokémon

I think we should focus more on Wiggly, and not the fighting Pokémon. Drop the fighting, we'll use Wiggly with Lightning. We want as much room possible for the many trainers this deck needs. Drop the Raichu Line, it's too hard to play double evolution. I think you should add a couple more Zapdos, they're great. If you're up in prizes and low in cards, this can get you some prizes by KO'ing itself. 2 more Electabuzz should also work okay. Drop the fossil Zapdos, too much energy is needed, and unlike Rocket's Zapdos, it can't power itself up. Add another Wiggly. 7 open slots already.

Energy

Wiggly decks don't need much energy. Try 8x Lightning, 4x Double Colorless, and 2x Full Heal to help Wiggly stay alive. Now we have room for 18 more trainers.

Trainers

Drop the Chaos Gym, you'll be needing trainers every turn. Chaos Gym will really messup your ability to Computer Search or Item Finder for an Oak.  Wiggly decks don't need that much energy removal, drop the Supers and two normals. Okay, now to add those 25 trainers. :)

Add 2 more Oak and Item Finder, you want to be able to Oak first/second turn. Add 4 Computer Search to get the Wiggly, Oak, whatever, whenever you need it. Add 4 PlusPowers to help Wiggly take down the strong basics. Get a couple Gusts of Wind in there to take out threats that are building on the bench. Add 4 Rocket's Sneak Attack to get your opponent off to a bad start so they are low on options when you have a fully powered Wiggly out. Try to take away the first turn energy removals on your Jiggly with it. Add a Nightly Garbage Run to get your low amount of energy back and to help against decking yourself. Add a couple Scoop Up to get injured basics out of the way and to retreat those Zapdos/Electabuzz when you're ready to send out your Wiggly. Add a couple No Removal Gyms to stop people from leaving Wiggly energyless. Just cause you have Energy Removals doesn't mean you can't play No Removal Gym. Try to play Removals before playing NR Gym. Finally, with 2 slots left, let's try a Goop Gas Attack, it'll come in use, and a Lass, good for when you get Wiggly out.

Zap-a-Wiggly

---POKEMON (15)---

4x Jigglypuff

3x Wigglytuff

3x Rocket's Zapdos

3x Electabuzz

2x Ditto

Less evolution. We're more focused now on Wiggly, with some back-up.

---TRAINERS (31)---

4x Professor Oak

4x Computer Search

4x Item Finder

4x Rocket's Sneak Attack

4x PlusPower

2x Energy Removal

2x Gust of Wind

2x No Removal Gym

2x Scoop Up

1x Lass

1x Goop Gas Attack

1x Nightly Garbage Run

Way more trainers and card drawings shows how much we rely on Wigglytuff now.

--- ENERGY (14)---

8x Lightning

4x Double Colorless

2x Full Heal

Only one type, Full Heal is there to save Wiggly.
