Strategy
Trying to destroy your opponent's hand and go for a quick win with one hit KO's with Wigglytuff, not bad. But we can make it work better!

Pokémon
Change the Dittos to Erika's Jigglypuff, as you'll want to go for fast wins, and be able to take out any 70HP basic turn one to win. Drop the Dratini.

Energy
This is a type of deck that should play extremely low energy. Drop the potions, drop a FH, and keep 2 Grass. Just DON'T allow them to play Removal! Destroy their hand! 6 slots for trainers.

Trainers
Take out the Gusts and add 1 Warp Point, it will be a Ditto KO'er and a way to pay Erika's Jiggly's retreat cost if you need Wigglytuff. Play a couple Misty's Wrath for speed, and add 2 more Item Finders for the same reason.  Add a No Removal Gym because of your low energy, and 2 Chaos Gym to put out when you have a large advantage and can win in a small amount of turns with Wiggly. This will have a 50% of stopping them if they topdeck Oak. We're done.
