Maybe you can help me...I played the following deck at two Open side events of a STSQT and took 5th/16 and 3rd/11, respectively.  The decks that were trouble were a Chaos Gym/Chansey/Ditto/etc. deck and a Feraligatr/Blastoise combination that used a lot of Pokmeon Trader/Breeder/Eeeeeeek/Oak to get what it wanted.

What's wrong in this deck?

Pokemon:  16
3 Cleffa
3 Rocket's Zapdos
3 Jigglypuff
3 Wigglytuff
2 Erika's Jigglypuff
2 Igglybuff (anti-Slowking/Plume, but neither showed up...Unown N did though...)

Trainers:  33
4 Professor Oak
3 Computer Search
3 Item Finder
3 Gold Berry
3 Lass
3 Pluspower
3 Energy Removal
2 Super Energy Removal
2 No Removal Gym (works better than you'd think.  By the point I need to remove it doesn't hurt me, and it makes the opponent think twice before doing so.)
2 Gust of Wind
2 Switch
2 Nightly Garbage Run
1 Energy Charge

Energy:  11 (sidenote:  Energy was never a problem.)
6 Lightning
4 DCE
1 Metal

Can ya help me?

Hello again Mike. You may not remember me, but my old screenames were Pokeplayer85 and TheGameisHHH85. I helped you with your Wiggly deck before, and I plan to do it again =D. Lets get going!

Pokemon: Ok, very much basic Wiggly/Zappy here. Drop the Erika's Jigglypuff for Ditto. Ditto is just completely amazing in Standard. He's like a mini-Fable. Beat Up a Sneasel, Electroburn Zappys, Wave Wigglys, etc, etc. Note: This is a proper way to structure any Wiggly deck. Have a 3/3 or 4/3 Wiggly evolution line, with 3 Cleffa, 2 Igglybuff, and various backup. Again, not much to do here.

Alright its Energy time: Now 11 energy may serve you well, but it is just too low. You can't have very much backup powered in case that Wigglytuff is KOed. Add 4 more Electric, this will allow much easier Plasmaing, and powering for Electroburn. Drop the Metal, I just do not like the whole Arithmetic thing, with Metal. Add in 3 Recycle energy, this card is essential for new Wiggly cards. It allows you to recover easier from SERs. Alright, this brings the energy count to 17.

Finally, we have the Trainers: Drop a Professor Oak. Now this is one of my personal preferences, with 4 Oak, you are asking to deck. I like 4 Computer Search/3 Oak, instead of 4 Oak/3 Computer Search. With 4 Computer Search, you have more options and control early game, the time that you need easy setup for this deck. Drop the Energy Charge, it is a Tail-Fail card, and that 1 isn't gonna add too much of an impact to the game. Drop the Switch, you can now retreat with the Recycle energy, or recover easier with the Recycle energy. Drop the Energy Removal, we need space, plus use SER, which we will add another of anyways. Drop the No Removal Gym. Go with an offensive Energy Denying Wigglytuff that can recover with Recycle energy. Its effective, and works beautifully, I've played it. =D Add in Cinnabar City Gym. Its just there to counter Sprout Tower, Narrow Gym, and Ecogym, thats all. Also drop a NGR, you have Zappy to get lost energy, and you have Recycle energy, just use this to get back lost Jiggly/Wiggly

Electric Waves, Gymbo Style
Pokemon: 16

3 Wigglytuff

3 Cleffa

3 Recycle

Trainers: 27
4 Computer Search
3 Item Finder
3 Super Energy Removal
