THX, Please help.
Yes, I know the strategy of this deck, the question is do you?
You want to devastate their hand with Desert Shamans, and then have your crobats
and noctowls strip all of the good stuff!
The Pokemon look fine, in a mirror match, you will probably want another cleffa,
but let's leave it alone for now.
We need to take out the copycats. Unless you use them early game, they should
be worthless
Add a double gust, and add one Desert Shaman
The rest looks pretty good, take out two grass energy for two more Desert
Shaman, and you will be good to go!
We need to have you max out on both double gust and desert shaman to make this
deck flow. 13 energy is enough to keep you going, especially with your TV. You
do not have a stadium in this deck, and may want to consider Mirage Stadium,
although it can hurt you as well as help you. Otherwise choose any stadium
except for energy stadium. Try to drop a gold berry for the stadium, and see
how that works for you. In the end, you may want to drop 2 more grass for 2
warp, but that is totally up to you. You decide what works best in your area.
If you use the Mirage stadium, also use warp energy. You will thank me.
My fix - with Mirage Stadium
4 Zubat
4 Golbat (why couldn't they give us a good one!)
4 Crobat SK
3 Hoothoot
3 Noctowl
2 Tyrogue
1 Cleffa
4 ELm
4 Trader
4 Desert Shaman
4 Double Gust
1 Town Volunteers
3 Focus Band
2 Gold Berry
3 Oaks Research
1 Mirage Stadium (Skyridge)
10 Grass Energy
3 Warp Energy
(or go 11-2), see what works best.
This deck is just plain mean. It owns Gatr., It can have trouble against
lightning cube, which sets up quick and is very baby reliant, Kabutops/Scizor
gives this deck a good run, although Kabutops/Steelix hurts this deck.
Entei/Cargo can get off before the bats get set up, but once the bats and owls
are in place, Entei Cargo will get a few good shots off, then fall.
Mirror matches are decided by Tech Cards, such as Grass Cubes, and Mirage
Stadiums. Sometimes ye who sets up fastest wins!
That's my take. I consider this a tier one deck at this point! Hope the fix
helps, keep sending them in!
