Now for the tourney report
First
round
The first opponent I faced
was my friend who was using a deck with fire and electric like mine. He
started with Clefairy Vs my Charmander and Dratini=). He wins toss but
Clefairy stands little chance against my Charmander. He sings and the
flip is tails! I draw a trainer (don't recall what one) and scratch.
He sings and Charmander sleeps ,but Chamander wakes up with the flip. I
evolve to Charmeleon and put a dce on Charmeleon and slash. He doesn't
draw a basic and I win=)!
Round two
I get to play a all fighting
deck with a few electric restiances. I start with both Zapdos and he
gets a Diglett! Of all the fighting basics he gets a Diglett! I
win the toss and regular Zapdos fights. We attach energies for three
turns. On his third turn he draws a Machop. Thunder hurts Zapdos
and Machop is knocked out. Diglett comes out. The prize is
Charmander. Diglett evolved and slash for ten. I draw Eevee and
Charmander evolves with a dce on him. Slash for ten more. Then I
bring out a Flareon and quick attack does ten. Slash for forty.
Then I use Flamethrower and win because he can't draw a basic!
Round three
I play against a psyhic and
water deck. He gets a Jynx against my Draitini. I get to go first
and I do ten to Jynx. He does a doubleslap. 0. I do ten more
and attach a dce. He does another doubleslap. 0. I get lucky
and draw a Computer Search and discard fire and Eevee for Dragonair.
Slam does thirty. He draws Drowzee=(. I finish Jynx with a Hyper
Beam. Drowzee comes out and Mewtwo was benched. Drowzee is
finished with a sixty damage slam. Mewtwo comes out and another Mewtwo
is benched. Mewtwo does Psyhic for ten. I get a Dragonite by draw
and slam does forty. Mewtwo does ten more. Slam KO's Mewtwo and I
draw a Moltres. He can't do anything. Slam does eighty and He
doesen't draw a basic I win!
Final battle
That last one took a
while and this was the last battle that I fought. I played a HAYMAKER!!!
ARRRGGHHH!! I hate haymakers!!!!! He came out with a Hitmonchan
and I get a great basic against haymakers. Moltres! He goes first
benching another Hitmonchan! Jab does 0. I draw fossil Zapdos and
wildfire discards a Electabuzz! Yes! He sets out another
Hitmonchan! I wildfire a couple more times discarding a ser a fighting
and a pluspower. Moltres took thirty damage. I attach an energy
for dive bomb. He removes it and a pluspowered special punch. I
super potion Moltres after I attach a fire and set out Electabuzz. He
draws a Electabuzz that parlyzed Moltres. I draw a Dratini and attach
and electric to Electabuzz. Thunder punch does forty. I attach a
dce and retreat Moltres for Electabuzz and shock which dosen't parlyze.
He Gust of winds Moltres and KO's it. Then I Thunderpunch for thirty.
He switches and KO's Electabuzz. Then I evolve Dratini and slam for
sixty. Then he speical punches. I hyper beam and draw Chansey.
He removes BOTH dce on Dragonair with ser and another Hitmonchan KO's
Dragonair. Chansey's scrunch fails. Punch for eighty. He
wins with Electabuzz by KOing Zapdos and Chansey=(. That was my only
loss for the Tournament. I bought three fosill before the tourney and
got my Moltres, a Ditto, and a Raichu.
