Hey Scott.  This is my first report but I read them all the time and was just
waiting for a first.  The tourney was at Matt's Sports Cards in Enfield
Connecticut.  It wasn't TCI sanctioned but there was an okay turn out.  There
were about 15 people there.  The judge, Matt himself, wasn't very experienced
as a judge so once you won you just had to wait for someone else to be done
then you will play them.  The prizes were 15 for first and ten for second
which is very good for no entry fee.  This is Tuesday and the tourny was
Wednesday so I don't remember names.  Hopefully next week I can help Matt
organize.  Well, here's the deck.

    The objective of this deck is quick kills.  I only use the Chanseys,
kangaskhan, and Lickitung.


Battle one. Vs Psycic deck.  I have to admit I was a bit scared because more
than half his cards were Japanese. 

Game one.  I knew it was psycic so I started fossil magmar with a machop on
my bench.  He started Sabrinas abra with a normal gastly on his bench.  I
went first and did smokescreen.  He put down another abra and attached an
energy to it.  I went attached with smog and got heads so I drew my prizes.
Plus power.  He put out his abra attached another energy evolved to Sabrinas
kadabra and did the attack that brought me to ten. Tails few.  I get another
magmar and attach an energy to it.  I smog and get tails.  He attaches an
energy and proceeds to get a heads.  I draw a kangaskan and atach an energy
to him. I smog for tails again. He kills my magmar so I put out kangaskhan. 
I attach another energy and fetch.  He brings me down to ten but can't kill
me due to resistance.  I attach another energy and fetch. He can't kill me so
I atach another energy do comet punch with two heads for kill.  ASfter that
my almost dead kangaskahn marches through gengars and alakazams to victory.

Game two.  Same as before but kangakhan come out later but I had chansey
utill he came.

Record 1-0 games 2-0

Battle two.  Against a grass colorless deck.  Small kid. I went a little easy
on him.

Game one.  I get out a quick magar and tear throught scythers and pinsers
untill he gets out a wigglytuff so I let him kill magmar bring out machop
with two plus powers and kill him. 3-0

Game two. Same as above but quicker.

Record 2-0 games 4-0

Battle 3 I play the kids friend who thinks he's all that because he has to
Charizards.

Game one.  He puts down a charmealeon then picks it up looking imbarresed.  I
had to teach this kid a lesson so I tore appart his deck.
5-0

Game two.  I tear through everything he can throw out.

Record 3-0 games 6-0

Battle four.  I play a rain dance deck with four Blastoise. 

Game one.  He gets out a quick Blastoise and tears through me. 6-1

Game two.  Same thing but I hold out a while with chansey. Record

3-1  Games 6-2

I promised mysef I would beat him next time.

Battle four.  Against a water deck with Articuno and Lapras.

Game one. All I got was fire and he tore through me and buy the time I got
good draws it was to late. 6-3

Game two. I start with likitung and get like five heads in a row and then he
potions and kills me but my bench was full and I had my energy removels and
he never came back. 7-3

Game three. Same but with kangaskahn leading the charge.

Record 4-1 games 8-3

Battle 6.  Now I play kid with water psycic.  Great

Game one.  He didn't know what hit him. I killed him so fast my energy
removels kept every energy he put down off of him. 9-3

Game two. Same as above.

record 5-1 Game10-3

Battle 7. Same person. 

Game one.  My weaknesses and me not paying attenton lost me this battle.  10-4

Game two.  My magmars just killed him. 11-4

Game three.  Magmar plus two plus powers equal first turn kill against abra.

Record 6-1 game 12-4

Battlen eight.  Semi finals. Against raindance again.  Nows my chance.

Game one.  A long tedoiuse game.   I stall with my chancey, kangaskhans and
fuji and he fofiets with one more card and two more prizes.  13-4

Game 2.  I start with charmander him sqirtle.  He goes first paralyze. I go
attach power. He goes bubble no paralyze. I attach fire plus power and ember
for win.  He had a wartortle and oak in his hand but he had blastoise and
water energy in his hand and didn't want to lose it. 

Record 7-1 Game 14-4

Battle 9 Vs a very good fighting deck.

It was 4:30 so we split 12.50 each. I walked away with two fossils in which i
got magneton and hypno. Both non holographic.
