The reason I call this my
"Untouchable Psy" deck is because fossil
Haunter's transparancy really helps me out!!!! Also, with my Gengars and
Hypnos, I do bench damage and then gust and BAM! Goodbye! Well
enough
jibberish here's my report!!
Tourney Report:
I played at a store called "Golden Memories" in Shirley
N.Y., a lot of
kids were playing haymakers, so i thought this would be real hard! We
played
best two out of three rounds.
Match 1- Well honestly, i got a bye. So what sue me i got there
late!
Match 2- I went against a kid playing a multi deck and i think he had no clue
what he was doing! He had a Mysterious Fin his deck, and he didn't even
know
what it did. Well any way, Haunter's transparency and Nightmare came in
handy too. The result was 1-0
Match 3- I went against a Haymaker w/ Hitmonchans and fighting pokemon.
Easy
kill. He ended up drawing himself out because of stupid usage of Oaks. The
result was 1-0
Match 4- I went against another Haymaker deck with Hitmonchans, Geodudes,
Electabuzz's, and Seels and Dewgongs. His Geodudes had no luck with heads,
and once again, transparency was annoying!!!! The result, once again, 1-0
Hey this deck made it to the semi finals, not-bad!
Semi game 1- I went against a well made deck w/ Scythers, Pinsrs,
Electabuzzs, and Plus Powers (we'll get to their signifagance later). Well
he was dominating, then i was, then him, then me. A roller coaster game, and
an action packed ending and this is the real ending (no joke). Well he had
Electabuzz out and he went for thunderpunch. I had my haunter out and
well,
it came down to a coin flip. He used the move and he flipped heads (oh and
by the way if I flipped tails, i lost but Heads i won! He had decked
himself) so he did 40 ok no prob., but he had a plus power on him. It was
do
or die, and, I died. The coin was tails. He beat me two in a row.
(Oh and
by the way, he was playing with an illegal deck, 61 cards)
So in conclusion, this deck has potential!!! I only
lost upon luck. Play
it right, and win the fight!
