I could care less
what you say to Pokemon USA. They
probably could care less too. However even if your telephone call to
Pokemon USA is negative or positive, we must show support for the
Pokemon Trading Card Game after Wizards of the Coast loses the rights to
produce the cards.
There is really no way to turn The Pokemon Company's
decision to choose another company to produce the cards. However as
players here in North America, Europe, and Australia, it is our duty to
continue playing and supporting the game NO MATTER WHO HAS THE LICENSE!
With your help, we can start organized play as soon as the new company
starts producing cards.
Professors and Master Professors can easily help by continuing to build
local player pools prior to the change of operations!
yoshi1001 from the Wizards of the
Coast's PokeGym Message Boards has been an amazing source of advice for
players and other Pokemon fans in the community. In responce to a topic
concerning the loss of the license to Wizards of the Coast, he had this
to say:
"Pokemon
is not dead. It is as alive as ever. What is required now is some faith
that things will work out."
Please, consider, help, and aid our
process to continue this great game. When Decipher lost the license to
produce a Star Wars CCG the players joined together as a community,
despite disputes and past history, to continue the game they loved to
play. While we will continue to have cards printed from another company,
we must show our interest in organized play. We must continue further.
We showed TPC and Wizards of the Coast before that players older than 15
should still be able to play at premiere events. Wizards of the Coast has already laid the blueprints for success...
So many people have changed and
molded the Pokemon Trading Card Game to what it is today. For good or
bad reasons, they still had a place in history. People like Michael Gills,

Martin, Juan Manuel Gerardo, Chris Boutcher, Richard

The
question is... will you also join that list for the game? I will
continue to support the game, calling companies till we figure things
out. But there is only so much I can do. I need your help. The community
needs your help. The Pokemon Trading Card Game depends on you.
