I hear people every day knockin' Dragonair because his HP is not incredibly 
high, or because there's no Dragonite yet, but Dragonair is one of the 
greatest cards to put in a deck. Mainly because of his attack, Hyper 
Beam(the no weakness,but resistance helps too). It slowly kills the 
defending poke'mon while basically disarming their attack. That is almost 
the same as parylizing the defending poke'mon. He is just the greatest.
