Kadabra and Jigglypuff are two of the most overlooked cards in the 
Pokemon TCG.  I have two great, but common, strategys for them.  

Kadabra: If you get Abra, put it on your bench and start to build it up with 
energies. When you evolve it into Kadabra, bring it out as your active 
pokemon start off using Super Psy.  Then, if your opponent significantly 
hurts you, use Recover.  Next turn: Super Psy.  Then repeat the process, 
'till your enemy is dead.  

Jigglypuff: This is great for a starting Pokemon.  60HP and great attacks 
makes it extremely powerful.  First, use Lullaby which only costs 1 
colorless.  Then if your enemy is still asleep by your next turn, use pound.  
If your enemy wakes up, use Lullaby again.  Do this until your opponents 
Pokemon is dead.
