Mr. Mime is NOT better than Charizard.  Just because Charizard loses 
in a battle does not mean he is worse.  A Rattata could beat Mime!   
Charizard is an attacking Pokemon- 100 attack.  Mime is a Stall- Invisible 
Wall.  Anyway if you compare...
   HP- Charizard(120)win, Mime (40)
   Attack Speed-Mime(2 energy)win, Charizard(4 energy)
   Stage- Mime(Basic)win, Charizard(stage 2)
   Attack damage- Charizard(100)win, Mime(10+)
   Attack Effect-Mime(+Damage)win, Charizard(Discard 2)
   Weak/Resist-Charizard(Resist Psy)win, Mime (both weak-water, Psy)
   Retreat-Mime(1)win,Charizard(3)
   Power- Charizard-Energy Burn- Gets over the all Fire energy use
               Mime- IN. Wall- Gets over HP shortage
   As you can see, Mime is good for stall(Wall and retreat).  Charizard is a 
good attacker(100 Attack, Energy Burn, and 120HP to live longer.)
