Hi, it's K. Sharp again.  I was looking over the Team Rocket spoiler, and 
saw two cards that at first glance looked pretty good, so here they are.

The first:

[P] Third Eye () Discard an Energy Card attached to Evil Golduck to draw 3 
cards.
[1PP] Super Psy (50)

Hmmm, a water Pokemon with no attacks needing water. This guy is good!Third 
Eye looks like an awesome attack.  Super Psy is like Kadabra's.  60 HP isn't 
that good, though.

And the second:

Type: Psychic
Evolution: Stage 1 - from Slowpoke
Name: Evil Slowbro
Level: 27
HP: 60
Weakness: Psychic
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: 2
Attacks:
Power: Reel in:  Use only when this card comes into play.  Take at most 3 
Pokemon from your discard pile, show them to the opponent, and put them in 
your hand.   Then you may not use this power as long as Evil Slowbro is in 
play (even after benching it)
[PP] Whimsical Attack (40) Flip coin.  If tails, this attack does nothing.

Whimstical Attacks sucks, but the Power ROX!!! Again, only 60 HP, though.
