10. Lickitung- Very good stall card all around. First Attack is
mimicking Electabuzz For one energy, 10 damage , chance of paralyzation.
Supersonic isn't the best in the world though, personally I think they
should of switched the energy ratio. Very good stall with 90 HP and a
Resistance to Psychic, it gets #10.

9. Haunter (Fossil) Man, I love this guy. Transparency which can block
that Thunderbolt that will discard all those energy for no reason. Also
nightmare for 2 energy will deal damage and put your little opponent
into la-la land. 50 HP brought this down to #9

8. Wigglytuff- Lullaby that will put your opponent to snore town PDQ.
Also Do The Wave will send up to 60 damage to those defending pokemon of
theirs. So that is why Wigglytuff gained #8

7. Chansey- Talk about a wall for building up your benched pokemon. 120
HP will allow some time to build. Also scrunch will allow even more time
to stall. Double Edge will bring 80 damage to the defending pokemon,
although it brings 80 damage to yourself. That is what brought Chansey
to #7 instead of the top 5

6. Pidgeot- Wing Attack isn't that bad, 20 for two energy. The thing
that brought Pidgeot on to the list is Hurricane. 3 energy for 30 damage
and brings that deadly pokemon to the hand and your opponent has to
start all over. Also no retreat cost and a resistance to fighting leaves
pidgeot at #6.

5. Electabuzz- It's first attack is the same as Lickitung's (see #10)
Also Electabuzz can do 40 damage to the defending pokemon with 2 energy
with a good flip. 70 HP doesn't hurt either.

4 Hitmonchan- Come on 1 energy for 20 damage and 3 energy for fourty
damage a turn. 70 HP is also super fine. Hitmonchan is #4 for very good
reasons.

3. Cloyster- OK Listen to me here. 2 water energy for 30 damage and 50%
paralyzation. Or you can choose Spike Cannon which can kill any fire
pokemon. Only stage 1 American card which can do that. Very
Underestimated as a pokemon. Cloyster is #3 on the list.

2. Clefable- Hey you want Fire Spin for one colorless energy without
discarding. Clefable's your card. It can copy any attack you decide to
copy from the defending pokemon. Come on give it some credit. Very good,
but there is one that is better...

1 Scyther- The best in the American game. 0 retreat, Can do 60 damage in
two turns. Resistance to fighting. Only way you can describe this is
genius or #1

Worst cards

5 Tentacool- Man, this card bites. 30 HP Only 10 damage as it's
strongest attack. Pokemon Power is just a Scoop Up for Tentacool.

4 Geodude- 2 energy for an attack that has an average of 5 HP an attack.
Only thing that saved it's rock hide was it's HP.

3 Shellder- Oh Bow Down to the almighty Shellder who can only defeat a
pokemon with a 50% confusion attack. Oh he ranked 3rd on the worst list.

2 Porygon- The Virtual Reality Pokemon who virtually sucks. This is
funny, no damaging attack what so ever.

1 Base Set Gastly- Well, Duh! The attack of sleep which has 25% of the
defender stayed asleep. Oh yeah! Destiny Bond. What idiot would attack
during the almighty Destiny Bond attacking. He is so terrible.
