Chalenge your opponent. If he/she accepts
you each search your deck for as many pokemon that can fit on your bench.
If he/she declines draw 2 cards
Now you are saying "oh that is great your
opponent gets cards to" Well most players I know always use their best
pokemon first. Well when they are gone use it and Boom you have strong
pokemon coming out of your ears and they have what? a bench of weaklings
