In many articles I see how several people love Machop. You know. A nice 
amount of hp and good attack that does twenty for one. 
Welllll..................

Ever look at Doduo very well. He pretty much a different variation of 
Machop. A better one. First off they have the same hp. No Advantage. Machop 
is fighting and Doduo is colorless. Now I think it is always better if the 
pokemon is colorless(Much easier to use) but I will point out why it is 
sometimes not good to be colorless. If you are colorless then no one is weak 
to you(thats it). Okay their first attacks are almost the same. Machops is 
better but Doduo is okay and can do just as much as Machop. Their weakness'. 
Machop is (Weak)Pyschic. Pretty good since Pyschic isn't used to much but 
Jynx is definetly very powerful. Doduo is weak to electric. Not to good 
since electric is pretty popular but he is resistant to fighting(Always 
good). Machop has no resistance. Also Doduo has a free retreat cost. No 
wasting turns on energy to retreat. Also you can send him before you know 
what your doing without any regret.

Machop is good has his advantage but I always use Doduo first(Maybe not 
always but mostly)
