Everybody has an opinion on the 3 "starting" pokemon. Here's mine. Basic Bulbasaur 1st 2 Grass to do 20 and take 10 off of himself-little slow, but cannot lose to a pokemon with a 10 attack Charmander 3rd 1 Colorless to do 10-nice and fast for a 1st turn attack 1 Fire + 1 Colorless to do 30 and discard 1 Fire-nice if you need some damage, but i prefer the first attack Squirtle 2nd 1 Water to do 10 and flip for paralyze-very good deal for 1 energy 1 Water + 1 Colorless to flip to prevent 20 damage-what's the point of this attack? use bubble Stage 1 Ivysaur 2nd 1 Grass + 2 Colorless does 30 damage-great because he can operate in 2 turns and do 30 damage 3 Grass does 20 and 100% poison-automatic poison + 20 damage? Great Charmeleon 3rd 3 Colorless does 30-pretty good 2 Fire + 1 Colorless does 50 damage and discards a Fire-same as Charmander's Ember Wartortle 1st 1 Water + 1 Colorless flips to prevent all damage-better than Squirtle's, but I only use it when I'm energy short 1 Water + 2 Colorless does 40 damage-40 damage in 2 turns? Stage 2 Venusaur 1st Power-move Grass Energy to ANY Pokemon from ANY Pokemon-wow 4 Grass does 60-4 Grass energy in play it should read. Excellent. Charizard 3rd Power-change all energy on Zard to fire-ok 4 Fire does 100 damage (!)... and discards 2!!!-Super Energy Removal Blastoise 2nd Power-play as many Water Energy to WATER Pokemon-only good in a mono-water 3 Water for 40, 4 for 50, 5 for 60-can attack quickly, but costs more to do the same damage as Venusaur EvilJynx-TR aka Zach Busser Email mbusser@fast.net ICQ 39790935
