Most people probably realized this by now, but for those who haven't,
the answer is Nidoking.  His toxic attack does 20 damage, plus 20 damage
at the end of each turn,so it comes as 2 seperate 20's, killing Mr. Mime
in 1 turn.  Other great ways to kill a mime is someone who does 20 and
poison, like Ivysaur and Tangela.  20 and confusion also works pretty
good, and hats off to Drowzee for that one.
