Hey, Pojo!
You rule man! Can you please post this under single
card strategies?
Thanks!
I'm gonna show why Snorlax doesn't stink. He is actually very good (even
though I don't like him, I must say that he's good).
First of all, he's a basic pokemon with 90 HP. 90 for a basic is good.
Also, he has resistance to Psychic. This means that with the help of his
pokepower, he 's great for killing Alakazam, who is used a lot.
Snorlax
resists the popular Gengar and Mr.Mime too. Another thing is that his Body
Slam can use any energy, even double colorless. His body slam is 4
colorless, but dewgong's is 2 waters and 2 colorless. With only colorless
energy required, Snorlax can fit in any deck. And with all the cards
comoing
out with poison, sleep, paralyze, and confusion as side effects, Snorlax can
stay unaffected by them. This leads me to another point:
Some people think that some pokemon powers are "always on". I
totally
disagree with this. No rulebook states anything about pokepowers being
"always on". In the rulebook under turn sequence it says: do any
of the
following in any order that you like (then it lists options) one option is use
a pokemon power. This means that you have the OPTION of whether or not you
W
ANT to use a pokepower. So, you DON'T have to, it's your option, and this
means that pokepowers AREN'T ALWAYS ON !
This is why I think pokemon powers are not always on.
