Here's my third article!

Okay, Pokemon Center is a great card, but only in some decks.

These decks are:

Venusaur: We all know how great Venusaur is with this card, it's not funny. Venusaur just switches energy, heals, then reattaches the energy, destroying some hope.

Kingdra: Kingdra with Receyle energy can hurt you a lot. It uses genetic memory by using Seadra's attack to do 30 plus ten to one bench Pokemon. When it has a lot of damage, it uses Pokemon Center to get rid of it, then replays Recycle E, and start picking off stuff.

So you see Pokemon Center has some great qualities. But some things can stop it:

Chaos Gym: Easy guess.

Lass: Easy guess too. 

Killing off the defending Pokemon before you can use it: That's something that might stop Venasaur or Kingdra decks now.

So my rating for useable card in Modified(the promo), I give it a 6 out of 10, good, but only in some places.
