Which is the best?

In terms of attack, then Neo 3 is, but can you combo any other Raichu except
base with DCE?
The anwser is undecided, but Shining Raichu can only be used in Lanturn
Decks. Besides, could you do ANYTHING to shining if energy removal came in?
Fossil takes a while to power up, but can do 10 damage to 3 pokemon on the
bench. 3 turns and all baby pokemon on the bench will be dead. Plus, 30
damage is good also. Dark Raichu can do 30 damage to a pokemon on the bench
but, are you going to risk doing that damage to yourself? Neo 3 can do 80
damage but it would have to be LATE in the game to do that. Anyone who is
insame would discard 3 lighning energys to do 80 damage, but then the base
Zapdos would have some contravirsy, but how many pokemon have over 100 HP?
not that many. Anyway, Base Raichu's Aglity attack is powerful, but only
because that if you flip heads, you can't be hurt. Overall, it still is
undecided so you should go on what you prefer. Although, Shining Raichu is
out of the question. The other 4 are of your opionion.
