Hi,
this is Ace28 from mIRC again and seeing that my last strategy got posted i
will go for another 1. After going through my thoughts about
possible pokemon combos I saw 1 that I never seen any1 play. Dark
Vileplume/Promo Venasaur.
Think
about it. Vileplume as I am guessing you know doesnt let you play any
trainers.Just in case you dont know its attack, it allows you lets to flip
three coins for each heads it does 30 damage. But however its downfall is that
it confuses itself if you flip 2 or more heads. Now you would think there were
ways to work around it but not being able to play any sure you can play trainer
cards if its confused but what if you are stuck and cant get any draw power or
even anything that heals status effects.Thats where Promo Venusaur comes
into play. Its poke power lets you cure a status ailment once per turn.
But however that results in healing your opponents status effect to. But
Vileplume doesnt confuse its opponent it confuses itself. So it really doesnt
matter. So lets say you are up against a dark gengar and its fully charged
and does pull in to your active Dark Vileplume while you have
a unpowered bulbasaur on bench. Next turn knowing that you have
a very slim chance of flipping 2 heads in a row(exspecially if you have
bad luck at flipping like me)you can play pokebreeder on bulbasaur and evolve
it into promo Venasaur and what do you know you are no longer asleep. You can
attach a darkness to your fully powered dark plume and use its attack(Petal
Whirlwind or something like that =/) and if you flip 2 heads its koed(also
remember if you get Dark Plume out early enough your opponent wont be able
to attach any focus bands and stuff like that. So I will shut up
now because I have to go. C ya later. ^;^
