I'd love to help. This is what I'll be playing, and what I've been playing for a while. Original, and still somewhat viable. It's my baby ^_^;;

The Nocturne

Pokemon-[18]
4x Larvitar (Aq.)
4x Pupitar (Disc.)
4x Tyranitar (3x Exp., 1x Aq.)
2x Cleffa
2x Tyrogue
1x Hitmonlee (LC)
1x Hitmonchan (Base)

Trainers-[26]
4x Elm
4x Copycat
4x Gold Berry
4x Double Gust
3x Trader
2x Switch
2x Focus Band
2x Forest Guardian
1x Town Volunteers

Energy-[16]
7x Fighting Energy
4x Darkness Energy
3x Rainbow Energy
2x Recycle Energy

I know it looks a little... iffy, but it's not half bad for a Rogue deck. The main focus is the Expedition Tyranitar, which is a real tank if it gets running. Aq. Tyranitar is there in case Scizor gets going and you need to get rid of the Energy, or just smack it upside the head with a three-Darkness Gigacrush (which is tons of fun, by the way).

The beauty of this is the bench damage. What does every deck runs lots of? Babies. Are they easy pickings with this. Heck yes. With one Stamp from Tyranitar (and a flip), he does ten damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon. You can even use Pupitar's Dust Devil to do the job. That puts them in range of Hitmonlee's Stretch Kick, which allows you to KO pre-Stamped babies for only two Fighting Energy. For another, you have a solid 50, which isn't anything to laugh at. There's only one, since it really stinks to open with.

The key to winning with this is to get Tyranitar up as soon as possible. Hitmonchan is really only to be used to keep your opponent off balance if your Tyranitar goes down while you build another. Tyrogue is, well, Tyrogue, and it can be used as a GREAT shield to get to Hitmonlee. Since you don't want to drop one down outright (60 HP, and needing three Energy to damage the Active), you wait and put 1-2 energy on Tyrogue first, and THEN evolve. Quite the surprise. Speaking of surprises... remember the bench damage? There have been several occasions when I Stamp for the KO on the Active and 2+ babies for the game. Very fun. They almost never see it coming.

The Trainers are kinda standard. You need a heavy draw engine to get Tyranitar up consistantly fourth/fifth turn. The only thing that's kind of uncommon are the Forest Guardian, but they serve a very good purpose. You can get a basic if you want (kinda half of a Fan Club), but it give you SO many options. Need a Darkness? Guardian for it. Evolution? Guardian. More than one card? Guardian for Elm. It works amazingly. I think more people should try it. They'll be surprised with the results.

The energy, well... The colors match the backgrounds of the cards. Usually. So, yeah.
