This deck is to combat, all Scizor, Cargo, and Gatr decks. (Hopefully you'll have a chance to beat other Jumpluff decks.) Basically, get a "Rogue" or "Cleffa" out, first. For quick damage, and getting good cards. But, if you get a Hoppip first, at least you'll have protection against other "Rogues", and if you get a Staryu, you can at least hopefully Paralysis with one Energy.

When going against, Heavy Entei/Cargo and Scizor you should use Starmie and Mantine. Mantine for the staright 40 damage, to knock it out. Then Starmie is for Scizor, when they put all those Metal Energies, (that thing is gone faster, then Team Rocket being blasted off, by Pikachu;).)

Then Obviously, you should use Jumpluff for Gatr, and with it one Energy attack, and Power it can be real annoying to take down. Plus a Focus Band. (man that thing is more annoying then the TR Motto.:lol).
