What's up, you guys?! So apparently, Pojo made me
responsible for COTDs this week...not really sure that
is a wise move with my randomness and all, but hey!
It'll be fun. XD Anyway, I decided that the theme this
week are unique Forerunners, and were definitely going
to start with something unique...
Dimensional Robo, Goyusha
Power: 5000
Grade 0
Clan: Dimension Police
Race: Battleroid
[AUTO]:When another «Dimension Police» rides this unit,
you may call this card to (RC).
[ACT](RC):[Choose four of your rear-guards with
"Dimensional Robo" in its card names, and put them into
your soul] If you have a grade 2 or greater «Dimension
Police» vanguard with "Dimensional Robo" in its card
name, search your deck for up to one grade 3 card with
"Dimensional Robo" in its card name, ride it, and
shuffle your deck.
...Goyusha falls in a small category of Forerunners
where they can perform Superior Rides; the only other
ones that can pull this off are Crimson Lion Cub, Kyrph
and Crimson Heart, Nahas. Kyrph is practically a staple
starter for any deck that involves the word Ezel and
Nahas helps set the pace for Metatron. With that in
mind, where does that put Goyusha?
Goyusha is definitely its own song seeing how you
have to practically put your whole rear-guard field into
the Soul to Superior Ride. However, with that being
said, Goyusha is allowed to Ride into any Grade 3 unit
that has Dimensional Robo in its name. Right now, that
list is pretty restricted as there are only two choices,
Daiyusha and Great Daiyusha, but with the recently
announced Daikaiser and even Я Daiyusha, that can make
this Forerunner a little more of a threat than it is
right now.
In short, Goyusha has potential to being an excellent
Forerunner and extremely helps out the Dimensional Robo
legion, but the rest of the legion needs to be released
here in the US to really see how far this can go.
