Regalia of Fate, Norn   And finally, the partner to the nigh unblockable Genesis CEO, Norn. Unusually for mating partners (gigidi) she uses her skill outside of the RG circle. When soulblasted, she gives a Regalia vanguard 5k.   Obviously a nice way to power up the CEO to make her PG sealing and crit gaining even more of a pain, but she still has merit in the old Minerva build as well, helping to grant Minerva bite in the absence of Ordain Owl. A neat ability, despite the lack of available ways to get her in the soul other than by accident.   Norn's a pretty good way to support either one of the two main bosses, so milk that for all it's worth.   2.5/5

Regalia of Fate, Norn   And we have Yggy's mate now.  Simple enough of an effect, when soul blasted, choose a Regalia, it gains +5000 for the turn.   And this is why Yggy's so broken.  Combined with the stand trigger that does the same thing as Norn and the starter that soul charges 3 and then increases the power of a Regalia by 5000 on top of it, plus no perfect guard?   Unless you have like four criticals and a heal trigger in your hand, you aren't going to stop Yggy from smashing you.   It should be noted that Yggy, contrary to what was said last week, is not a game ender at 4 damage, she's a game ender as early as 2 damage if you get a double critical.   Norn here is why I dislike Yggy so much, and why she's so stupidly overpowered compared to almost everything else in the game.   At least Glory Maelstrom let you have a fight, Yggy?  Not so much.  While Norn isn't as good as Yggy is, Norn is the sole reason that Yggy's so dang good.   Rating: 4/5 Legion Rating: 5/5   See you next week folks, have a safe Black Friday out there.
