And he's Shotgun Blow's mating partner! On Rear-guard,
when you're in Legion and a unit is retired during your
turn, he gains 3k. Simple as they come.
Should note that his wording includes retirement due to
battle. So he powers up if you attack a rear-guard and
kill it (which will soon be what Brawlers are all
about). That's nice.
Unfortunately, he does have to be combined with several
other cards in order to shine, and we don't see the full
thing until BT17. Right now he's only good for forming
columns on the turn Shotgun-in-his-pocket dragon ceases
to be happy to see you. The best I can do is relate him
to BT16 support, in which I say that he'll probably be
staple alongside Skyhowl Dragon and Big Bang Slash
Dragon in terms of Grade 2 lineup until the actual deck
Lisei's sort of dull until then though.
Military Brawler, Lisei
This combos with yesterday's card perfectly. If
your Vanguard's in Legion, every time a unit on your
opponent's field is retired, this unit gains +3000.
Yes, it stacks, so kill 3 units, get +9000.
Not much to say, it's a really good unit and Brawlers
are only going to get better from here on out.
Yes, sometimes the Legion's not great, but the Mate is
really good, and sometime's the Legion is great but the
Mate is bland and dull.
As much as I don't really care about Shotgun Blow
Dragon, I do know that this Legion's getting a lot
better when the rest of the Brawlers come out in
Legion Rating 3.75/5
