Magnum Assault

The VIP of G Aqua Force. As part of his Generation Break skill, after attacking a Vanguard while boosted, once per turn, you MUST CB1 or you don't get the skill even if you fulfill the conditions again, to stand Magnum Assault and give him +2k power until the end of the turn.

This right here is the fastest way to unlock those 4th battle-dependent skills outside of Tidal Assault. With the new G Booster support, it's going to be all too easy for him to be left still yet to attack after everything else has had their turn, so he combines nicely with Bubble Edge Dracokid for drawing shenanigans (Lambrose particularly). To top it off, his power doesn't suck, and thanks to him turning into an 11k attacker, he can still hit something without help.

Magnum's the reason to buy 2 Trial Decks, if nothing else. He's that good.

So, we have Aqua Force's GBCBX here, dang it, Bushiroad, I agree with Saikyo on this, your translations need some serious fixing.  I mean, Blaster Blade Seeker Alfred LR was a VERY sloppy job.  At the very least you could have made the same mistake with Blaster Dark Abyss or the STD LR BBS version.  Sheesh.

Anyway, ignoring that, Magnum Assault reminds me of Tidal Assault, except...  *Sigh*  Not as good.  See, this is the problem with the GBCBX cards for some clans, there are, generally speaking, better options out there.  Yes, unlike Tidal Assault, Magnum here at least gains 2000 instead of losing 5000, but Magnum is slower than Tidal and has to be boosted.  I suppose it's not bad if you're boosting it with the booster that goes "CHANGE PLACES!!!" after boosting an attack.

But, at the same time, you really don't need to change much of the Aqua Force line-up.  I guess if you don't like Tidal Assault, though I don't know why you wouldn't, you can use the slower version.

I suppose if you can find the room, it wouldn't be bad, but, that's all I can say.  I'm not really sold on this guy.  G, that doesn't mean you get to show up this weekend and beat me silly with your Aqua Force deck using this guy, okay?
