[Stride]-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down.
Magia-[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Choose a face down card from your G zone, and turn it face up] Until end of turn, this unit gets "[CONT](VC):During your turn, all of your units get [Power]+1000 for each face up card named "Curtain Call Announcer, Mephisto" in your G zone.", and choose up to one card from your soul for every two face up cards in your G zone with the magia ability. Call the chosen cards to separate (RC), those units get [Power]+5000 until end of turn. At the end of that turn, put the units called with this effect into your soul.
Supposed to function as Pale Moon's main finisher when
Lunatec won't cut it. Mephisto's ACT skill flips a card
in the G-Zone face-up once per turn, then he gets a CONT
skill, powering up all your units by 1000 for every
G-Unit face-up in your G-Zone with Magia. Then for every
2 Magia units, you can call a unit from the soul, give
it 5k, and then have them vanish back to the soul when
the turn's over.
If the aim's Harri, obviously Lunatec will grant more
power on the board, so this is pretty bad as far as
first Strides go. No, you want him for the biggest
columns he can shoot for. And that unfortunately isn't
all that impressive. Lunatec lacks Magia so I'm assuming
you'll be Striding into Amanda first. Then if he's next,
that's 2k to all units (so it's either 17k+ or bust as
far as extra shield goes) and one more rear-guard to
attack with. And then he gets outclassed by Lunatech by
that point in all likelihood anyway owing to how Lunatec
at least gets a Crit for some sort of pressure.
Pretty much exists to make it easier to use Milward,
coming this Fighter's Collection 2016. Apart from that
you can't be that desperate to get to Harri's GB2.
Curtain Call Announcer, Mephisto
So this is a Dar...Wait, it's a Pale Moon?! Sure
as heck doesn't look like a Pale Moon to me!
So, the skill is... Magia field flooding, lots of
power boosts and it's all temporary...
Hmm... Well, I'm not sure if it's as good as, say,
Dark Irregulars with power boosting, but it doesn't seem
too bad, over-all.
I'd say give it a go at least.
