[AUTO](RC):When this unit is boosted by a unit named "Blaster-friend, Barcgal" or "Floral Paladin, Flogal", until end of that battle, this unit gets [Power]+3000, and "[AUTO](RC):[Counter Blast (1) & Put this unit into your soul] At the end of the battle that this unit attacked a vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, search your deck for up to one grade 2 card with "Blaster" in its card name, call it to (RC), shuffle your deck, and that unit gets [Power]+3000 until end of turn.".

Throwback Thursday, and what better way to keep to a theme and highlight this weeks's theme than with Llew? He and Floral Paladin Flogal are what make Blaster now. For CB1 you can get another attack, not to mention a chance to recoup CB1 with Blaster Friend Barcgal.

Change in use isn't on the horizon and so neither is my opinion on this card when I last reviewed it.

So back in set 6, Blaster Blade got its first support in years in updated forms to the old trio of Barcgal, Flogal, and Llew. Llew once again searches for Blaster Blade, but this time calls him as a rear guard during battle, both increasing your attack count and your ability to combo.

On his own, Llew is a decent way to add attacks in Royals. But combined with the new Flogal and Barcgal, you can play a heavily aggressive early game that rushes hard without much commitment to the board. he does eat into your precious counterblasts, so be sure to time him for a turn where you get the most value from him. Definitely a staple for Blasters
