Kay

Kay is a girl who works on the Pokemon Showboat. She has a Raichu, which she plays the voice of. But she and Raichu weren’t always best friends. When they first met, Raichu ran up to her and gave her a hug, and accidentally used Thundershock, which shocked Kay. She shoved Raichu accidentally, and ever since then, Raichu has been afraid of her. Then, Team Rocket attacked the showboat, and Kay and Raichu finally became a team.
