A little high-costing, but he fits the center of any curve well. The fact that he remains unchanged despite injury is very helpful, indeed, so he can opponent's "useless tricks are stupid and useless," if I may be pardoned a lame quote. I value support very highly, and since others at this same point can easily have more Combat, that 3 support can come in very handy. I'm not sure if his second form will get the proper errata to work with this (2nd form refers to a Cell with turn cost 3), so maybe another reviewer will chime in on that. Regardless, I'm sure we'll hear about that by release time. If it does, it would definitely ease the strain on form 2 requiring VV to play.
All in all, basic, probably going to serve a support role more than leadership.

Cell, one of the greatest Villains in the Dragonball Universe is a great card in the CCG too.  This Cell has no effect but doesn't really need one considering his stats. Being the same stats Healthy and Injured is good and when those stats are 3/3, that's great. If your lacking a strong leader Cell is your warrior, If you need more support Cell is your warrior.  He is easily splashed in any off color deck and is amazing on color too.  When Turn 4 rolls around (unless your dedicated Evil Tribe or mono Alien) your best bet is Cell.  On Turn 4 your gonna want some beefy stats to be deployed and Cell is a T-Bone Steak. Next set may affect how much Cell is played, but I still think he will be played quite often just maybe not splashed as much.  Not to mention his art is really cool.

__________Bottom Line___________

This card is great.

P.S. I've never done card reviews for any site before so I thank Pojo for letting me have this opportunity and hope everyone reads and enjoys my reviews.
