Finally, we have a lackluster card to look at instead of lots of
star cards. I believe he's the only Super turn 0 other than Goku,
and really, he's just no competition for that. Throw in just 1
female warrior and he slides down to 1/1 for turn 0. You can
definitely do better. There aren't many female characters out there,
but plenty of room to change that. I don't even need to get verbose
on this one. It's just not a good card to use, especially
considering Goku's common.

Yamcha WA-002
Today we have Yamcha from the Warriors Return set. Like yesterdays
review, this one will be short. This warrior has 2/1 both heathy and
injured, making it the second best Turn 0 warrior currently
available. This warriors effect it what makes him more balanced for
these stats. The -1/+0 he gets when he battles a warrior with
"Female" characteristic makes him a 1/1 so his support isn't hurt so
most likely he will be a support warrior after turn 1 or just a
chomp blocker later in the game.

Yamcha is a super element turn
zero which is good but fails in comparison to turn 0 Goku which is a
staple in any db ccg set until further sets are released. Yamcha
best quality is Yamcha keeps his stats when injured so he can be
used to chump block and not worrying about getting to much a
disadvantage. What really brings this card down is his effect, just
like the show Yamcha is deemed useless when fighting against a
female warrior and if itʼs Ranfan then Yamcha is useless. In a
dedicated super deck I may see running 2 copiesʼ of this card but I
would not suggest you to splash this in any other decks but a super
deck. I rate this card 3/5 because this is an average card at best. |
